摘要
目前人力资源管理在我国小微企业中的地位已有所提高,但依然是制约和影响我国小微企业发展壮大的重要原因。这是因为我国小微企业在人力资源规划、员工招聘、员工培训、员工绩效考核、员工激励和员工劳动关系管理等人力资源管理方面都存在着不同程度的问题,这些问题如果不能有效解决,我国小微企业的生存与发展就会受到限制,这些问题也正成为理论研究者和企业界人士迫切关注的问题。因此,探讨我国小微企业人力资源管理问题与对策,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
The management of human resource has seen great improvement in China’s small and micro businesses but it is still an obstacle to their further development.There are problems in human resource planning,staff recruitment,staff training,performance assessment;motivation,and labor relations management.If they are well solved,it will be difficult for the small and micro businesses to survive and develop.Thus more and more theorists and people of the business circles pay attention to the problems.The discussion is of great theoretical and practical value.
