摘要
近年来,食品安全公众参与成为学者讨论的热门话题。文章就我国食品安全监管中公众参与的概念和意义进行了探讨,并深入分析我国食品安全监管中公众参与缺乏有效的反馈机制、公民维权成本高、政府惩罚力度和信息公开力度不够等问题,对此借鉴国外食品安全监管公众参与的经验,对我国食品安全公众参与提出了相关意见和建议。
Public participation in food safety has become one of the hot issues among experts in recent years. Firstly, we discussed the concept and significance of food safety monitoring system in China. Secondly, we made in-depth analysis on the problems such as the lack of effective monitoring mechanism in public participation, high cost in protecting people＇s rights, the defective punishment system and informa- tion disclosure systen~ Thirdly, we analyzed foreign experience of public participation in food safety monitoring. Finally, we gave our opin- ions and suggestions to improve the situation.
