摘要
以香蕉皮为原料,研究732型阳离子交换树脂提取果胶的工艺技术条件。通过单因素试验和正交试验探讨了提取过程中各因素对果胶得率的影响。结果表明,加入阳离子交换树脂明显可提高果胶得率,并得到试验最佳工艺条件为:交换树脂用量5%,提取液酸度pH值2.5,提取温度85℃,提取时间2.0 h,料液比为1∶20,此时果胶得率为19.54%。
In this paper, the technology of extracting pectin from banana peel with 732 cation resin was studied. The influence factors of single factors and orthogonal test on the yield of pectin were studied too. The results showed that the extraction rate of pectin would increase while cation resin was used and the appropriate technical conditions were as follows: cation exchange resin 5% ,pH value 2.5, the extraction temperature 85℃, the extraction time 2.0 h,the ratio of material to extraction solution 1:20 (g:mL). Under the process conditions, the extract yield of pectin was 19.54%.
