摘要
针对某增压柴油机在市场上出现滤清器破裂的问题,对该柴油机润滑系统各部位的机油压力进行台架测试,结果表明:油压波动大是滤清器破裂的主要原因,在AMESIM平台上建立该柴油机润滑油路模型,对润滑系统的流动特性进行仿真分析,研究表明:调压阀振动是引起油路中压力波动大的主要原因,通过改变调压阀阀芯结构减少了油压波动大的问题,试验表明改进的调压阀结构有效地解决了滤清器破裂的问题。
In order to analyze the cause of oil filter broken in turbocharge inter-cooler diesel Engine, the oil pressure measurement in lubrication system was made in bench test, and it was found that the pressure pulsation in oil filter was the main cause of oil filter binken. The simulation model of the lubrication system of diesel engine was built in AMESIM, and the flow characteristics of the lubrication system were calculated. The simulated results indicate that the vibration of the pressure regulator valve was the cause of oil filter broken. In order to reduce the pressure pulsation of lubrication system, the structure of pressure regulator valve was modified. The results of simulation and experiment indicated that the modified pressure regulator valve was useful in reducing structure pressure pulsation in engine lubrication system.
