多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在外伤性脊椎骨折诊断中的临床应用价值 被引量:16

摘要 目的:进一步研究和比较X线平片技术和多层螺旋CT三维重建技术在外伤性脊椎骨折诊断中的效果差异,为临床外伤性脊椎骨折诊断实践提供指导和参考。方法:选取本院2010年12月-2012年12月收治的外伤性脊椎骨折患者93例为研究对象,针对患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果:采用多层螺旋CT检查方法的检出率显著高于采用X线平片检查方法的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);采用多层螺旋CT检查方法的解剖学改变情况显示率显著高于采用X线平片检查方法的显示率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床诊断外伤性脊椎骨折的过程中,与传统X线平片诊断方法相比较,采用多层螺旋CT三维重建技术进行诊断的临床效果较好,是临床诊断外伤性脊椎骨折的可靠选择。 Objective: To further study and compare the differences of the effect of X-ray plain film technology and three-dimensional reconstruction of muhislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of traumatic vertebral fractures, which provide guidance and reference for the clinical diagnosis of vertebral fractures traumatic practice. Method: 93 cases of traumatic vertebral fractures treated in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2012 were chosen as the research object. The clinical data of the patients was taken for retrospective analysis. Result: The detection rate of multislice CT method was significantly higher than the detection rate of the method of X-ray examination, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . The display data of muhislice CT method anatomy changes of circumstances was significantly higher than the display rate of the method of X-ray examination, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusion: In the process of clinical diagnosis of traumatic vertebral fractures, compared with the traditional X-ray diagnostic methods, the clinical effect of three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice spiral CT technology in the diagnosis is better, and it is a reliable choice of traumatic vertebral fractures.
