摘要
选择氧化铝为载体,采用化学镀方法在其表面负载非晶合金,制备负载型非晶合金催化剂Ni-W-P/Al2O3。利用能量色散X射线谱仪(EDX)对非晶合金成分进行分析,表明合金中含钨质量分数4.98%、磷质量分数5.95%。选择不同的温度对非晶合金进行热处理,利用X射线衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征,表明钨元素的加入可使非晶态Ni-P合金的晶化温度至少提高了25℃。通过在固定床反应器中费托合成反应制甲烷的实验来评价制备的负载型镍基多元合金催化剂的催化性能。结果表明,Ni-W-P/Al2O3负载型非晶态合金催化剂具有较高的活性和选择性。
In this paper,the supported amorphous alloy catalysts Ni-W-P/Al2O3were prepared using alumina as supports via electroless plating.The composition of amorphous Ni-W-P alloy was characterized by Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer(EDX).The result showed that the Ni-W-P alloy contains 4.98%tungsten,and 5.95% phosphorus.After being heat-treated in different temperature,the amorphous alloy was characterized by X-ray Diffractometer(XRD).The result showed that the crystallization temperature of Ni-P alloy can be enhanced at least 25 ℃ by adding tungsten element.The catalytic property of the prepared supported catalysts was evaluated by Fisher-Tropsch synthesis in a fix-bed reactor.The result showed that the Ni-W-P/Al2O3catalysts exhibit high activity and selectivity.
