摘要
比较了芳纶和聚酯线绳EPDM多楔带性能。结果表明,芳纶线绳EPDM多楔带具有高强度、高模量、低伸长特点;其传动功率大、应力衰减小和疲劳寿命长等优点,是现代汽车前段辅助传动(FEAD)及带式混合动力汽车传动(B-ISG)较为理想的传动带。
The performance of aramid cord EPDM V-ribbed belts is compared with polyester cord EPDM V-ribbed belts.The result shows that aramid cord EPDM V-ribbed belts have the advantage of high strength,high modulus,low elongation,high power transmission capabilty,good stress retention and long fatigue life.It's an ideal drive belt to be used in Front End of the Auxiliary Drive(FEAD)and Belt-driven Integrated Started Generator(B-ISG)for modern automotives.
