摘要
目的:回顾性分析消化道肿瘤、肺癌及宫颈癌患者血脂水平变化。方法:将癌症患者共分为胃癌组、结直肠癌组、肺癌组和宫颈癌组(n均=50),另选体检健康者50例作为上述前3组的正常对照组、体检健康女性50例作为宫颈癌患者的正常女性对照组。检测各组血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、甘油三酯(TG)及总胆固醇(TC)水平,比较各组间各指标的差异。结果:与正常对照组比较,胃癌组LDL(2.57±0.70mmol/L)及HDL(1.27±0.39mmol/L)水平明显降低,结直肠癌组HDL水平(1.30±0.34mmol/L)明显降低,TG水平(5.00±1.37mmol/L)明显升高,肺癌组LDL水平(3.23±0.70mmol/L)降低,TG(1.95±0.97mmol/L)和TC水平(5.42±1.23mmol/L)明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。与胃癌组比较,结直肠癌、肺癌组和宫颈癌组LDL和TC水平均升高,且宫颈癌组HDL水平也较胃癌组、结直肠癌组和肺癌组明显升高(P均<0.01)。结论:不同癌症患者血脂代谢异常具有不同特点。
Objective: To analysis the changes of blood lipid in cancer patients (gastrointestinal cancer, lung cancer and cervical cancer) and explore its clinical significance. Method: The cancer patients were divided into five goups: stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer and cervical cancer( 50 cases each). 50 cases of normal human for healthy control, and 50 cases of normal women for healthy women control were comprared with the cervical cancer group. The level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL), triglycerides (TG) and cholesterol (TC) were observed in each group, and were compared among the groups. Results: Compared to healthy control, the level of LDL (2.57±0.70mmol/L) and HDL (1.27±0.39mmol/L) in stomach cancer was significantly lower ( P<0.01); HDL of bowel cancer was decreased significantly (1.30±0.34mmol/L,P<0.01),but TG was increased dramatically (5.00±1.37mmol/L,P<0.01) ; In lung cancer the level of LDL (3.23±0.70mmol/L) was decrease, but TC (1.95±0.97mmol/L) and the level of TG (5.42±1.23mmol/L)was significantly increased (P<0.01). Compared to the stomach cancer group, the level of LDL and TG were increased in bowel cancer, lung cancer and cervical cancer (P<0.01), and the level of HDL in cervical cancer was much higher than that in the lung cancer (P<0.01). Conclusion: Different cancer patients on lipid metabolic disturbance have a different characteristic, and it may be a reference value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
