血浆miR-10b对食管癌的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血浆miR-10b在食管癌诊断中的价值和作用。方法收集29例食管癌患者和16例健康体检者的血浆标本并进行RNA抽提,行qRT-PCR定量检测miR-10b,分析血浆miR-10b相对表达量与各临床特征参数间的关系。结果食管癌患者血浆miR-10b表达水平显著低于健康体检者,且在早期患者中即出现明显下调,其诊断食管癌的敏感性和特异性分别为81.3%和100.0%,miR-10b的表达水平不受癌症的分期、病理分型、分化和淋巴结转移情况的影响。结论血浆miR-10b可能对食管癌早期筛查具有重要作用。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic significance of plasma miR-10b for esophageal cancer(EC).Methods Twenty-nine patients with EC and 16 healthy controls were recruited.Total RNA was extracted from plasma samples for measurement of miR-10b using RT-qPCR.The correlation analysis was performed.Results The miR 10b was significantly down-regulated in the patients with EC than that in healthy controls,and also significantly down regulated in EC patients at early stage.The sensitivity and specificity of miR-10b for EC were 81.3% and 100.0%,respectively.Plasma miR-10b showed no significant correlation with cancer stages,pathological types,differentiation or nodal metastasis.Conclusion Plasma miR-10b may play a key role in the early detection of EC.
