摘要
介绍了氟化氢生产过程中主要污染,主要废气污染物为含氟尾气,废水为渣气洗涤废水,固废为氟石膏。结合国内外现有的污染治理措施,详细评述了现有的废气的治理技术及存在的问题。同时,针对实际产生的情况提出相应的污染防治措施。
The main pollutants from the hydrogen fluoride production process were introduced. The main exhaust pollutants were fluorine - containing exhausts, the main wastewater pollutant was residue gas washing wastewater, and the main solid waste was fluorgypsum. Based on the comprehensive review of the current application of the technology used to treat exhaust at home and abroad, the control technology and the problems were explored. In response to the actually generated, pollution prevention measures were proposed.
