摘要
研究了壳牌煤气化工艺中磨煤机密封气体的组成,分析影响磨煤机系统氧含量增加的主要原因,并提出减少磨煤机系统氮气使用量的方法,通过改造后的相关数据表明,对磨煤机密封氮气管线的改造,可大大节约低压氮气的使用量,实现节能降耗的目的。
The composition Of coal mill seal gas in the shell coal gasification process was studied, reasons for the increase of oxygen content affected the coal mill system were analyzed, and the method to reduce nitrogen usage of coal mill system was put forward. The relevant data showed that after reforming of coal mill seal nitrogen pipeline modification, the amount of low pressure nitrogen can be greatly saved, and the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption was achieved.
