摘要
在高等教育竞争日趋激烈的现实背景下,地方院校必须根据自己的实际情况,探索适合自己的人才培养模式。本文以化学工程与工艺专业为例,基于应用型人才培养的"三位一体"人才培养模式,在"理论教学为基础、实践教学为载体、第二课堂为拓展"的人才培养体系上努力探索。
The talents cultivating modes should be suitable for the local academic reality situation as it＇s getting very competitive in the higher education. The applied cultivating mode of ＂the trinity mode＂ for the major chemical engineering and technology was explored on the basis of mode of ＂academic education as foundation, practical training as support and extra curriculum activities as development＂ for the talents cultivation.
