摘要
实施"2011计划"为培养研究生拔尖创新人才提供了契机。针对高校拔尖创新人才培养体系的存在问题,论述了研究生协同创新之内涵与特性、构成要素和人才培养模式。根据最近审批的"2011协同创新中心"的运作特点,首先说明了遴选有创新潜质的研究生,进入"2011协同创新中心",从事研究,建立拔尖人才培养机制的必要性;然后分析了该机制在培养方案、学术文化、资源共享、人才成长环境和制度改革等方面,对于研究生在团队创新作为和研究水平提升上的优势和实践价值;最后提出了实施"2011计划"、培养研究生拔尖创新人才的建议。
The implementation of the "2011 plan" provided an opportunity for the training of graduate students of top creative talents. For the problems of college innovative personnel training system, the article discusses the connotation and characteristics of graduate collaborative innovation elements and personnel training mode. According to the operational characteristics of the recent approval of the "2011 Collaborative Innovation Centers", the article firstly described the necessity of selecting innovative potential graduate students engaged in research into the "2011 Collaborative Innovation Centers" and establishing the top-notch talent training mechanism. Then it analyzed the mechanisms in the training program, academic culture, sharing of resources, talent environment for the growth and institutional reform, enhancing the advantages and practical value of graduate students on the team innovation as a research level. Finally, it put up the recommendations of implementation of the "2011 plan" and cultivated top creative talents.
