摘要
目的:针对血液透析水处理系统原设计的配置和结构不科学而导致在应用过程中的隐患进行报警系统改进。方法:对血液透析水处理的设计进行分析,改进原水压力报警系统和存储水箱上下水位报警系统。结果:当再次出现原水断水、水箱缺水及满水情况时系统会及时报警,未影响临床使用,达到改进目的。结论:对血液透析水处理系统结构上存在的不足进行报警系统技术改进,可保障血液透析用水供给正常、稳定。
Objective: To improve alarm system of hemodialysis water treatment system which has some troubles caused by the unscientific disposal and design during the application process. Methods: To analyze the design of hemodialysis water treatment system and improve the original water pressure alarm system and water level alarm system of water storage tank. Results: The improved system meets the request, provide technical support to clinical service and gives alarm timely when the tank is without, lack or full of water. Conclusion: The improvement for this system can provide stable and normal service to the clinical operation.
