摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合曲安奈德治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。方法将2010～2012年本院收治的80例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为甲氨蝶呤组和甲氨蝶呤联合曲安奈德组(联合组),每组40例,两组均给予口服雷公藤总苷抗免疫治疗,肌注四氢叶酸钙,甲氨蝶呤组在常规治疗基础上应用甲氨蝶呤治疗,联合组在常规治疗基础上应用甲氨蝶呤联合曲安奈德治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果甲氨蝶呤组显效21例,好转14例,无效5例,总有效率为87.5%,联合组显效27例,好转12例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%,联合组总有效率高于甲氨蝶呤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合曲安奈德治疗类风湿关节炎疗效确切且显效快,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methotrexate combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Eighty patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were randomly divided into the methotrexate group and the methotrexate combined with triamcinolone acetonide group（combined treatment group）,with 40 patients in each group.Both groups were given oral administration of tripterygium glycosides anti-immune therapy and intramuscular injection of leucovorin.The methotrexate group re ceived methotrexate treatment on the basis of conventional treatment and the combined treatment group received methotrexate combined with triamcinolone acetonide treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy of both groups was observed.Result In the methotrexate group,21 patients were remarkably effective,14 patients improved and 5 patients were ineffective,with total effective rate of 87.5%;In the combined treatment group,27 patients were remarkably effective,12 patients improved and 1 patient was ineffective,with total effetive rate of 97.5%.The total effetive rate of combined treatment group was better than methotrexate group with statistically significant difference（P ＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Methotrexate combined with triamcinolone acetonide is effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,worthy of clinical application.
