摘要
利用2种软硬程度不同的UV固化水性树脂,对UV固化水性木器涂料的复配及工艺进行研究。探讨了助剂(特别是硅溶胶)对水性木器涂料涂膜性能及施工工艺性等的影响。实验结果表明:UV固化水性木器清漆涂膜硬度高,具有很好的附着性、耐刮擦、耐化学品等性能,适合于工业化生产板材的涂饰。
Using two kinds of synthetic UV curable waterborne resin, which were different in chain hardness; a research on blending and process of UV curable waterborne wood coatings were conducted. The influence of additives, especially the silica sol, on film performance and applica- tion technology of waterborne wood coatings was discussed. The experimental results showed that the UV curable waterborne wood lacquer could provide good adhesion, scratch resistance, hardness, chemical resistance, suitable for painting on industrial scale production of wood board.
