摘要
针对设计图纸中不给出墩梁固结临时支墩设计图的情况,通过体内临时支座和体外临时支墩的方案比选以及受力分析,确定了墩梁临时固结的结构,保证了抗倾覆安全系数大于1.5倍的要求,并叙述了临时支座的施工方法。同时在临时支座顶设置5 cm厚硫磺砂浆并预埋电阻丝以利于后续的拆除作业。
For the absence of temporary piers in design drawings of pier and beam consolidation, the structure of pier and beam temporary consolidation is determined by comparative selection and force analysis of the temporary support in and out of the body, we guarantee that the antidumping safety factor is greater than 1.5 times, and the construction method of temporary support is related. At the same time, sulphur-bonded mortar with 5 cm thickness is applied and resistance wire is embedded at the top of the temporary support to facilitate the demolition of subsequent operations.
