摘要
目的:评价针灸联合星状神经节阻滞在治疗原发性三叉神经痛上的临床疗效。方法:将114例原发性三叉神经痛患者随机均分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用针灸联合星状神经节阻滞治疗,对照组采用卡马西平治疗。对比两组治疗前后VAS评分及治疗后疗效区别。结果:治疗前两组患者VAS评分无明显差异(P>0.05);在治疗7d、14d及28d时,治疗组VAS值均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);疗程结束时治疗组治愈率(54.39%)明显高于对照组治愈率(15.79%)(P<0.01)。治疗组有效率(91.23%)明显高于对照组有效率(56.14%)(P<0.01)。结论:针灸联合星状神经节阻滞治疗原发性三叉神经痛上可有效减轻患者疼痛发作,且较为安全。
Objective： To evaluate the effect of the acupuncture combined with SGB （stellate ganglion block） on treating primary prosopalgia. Methods： 114 cases of primary prosopalgia were randomly divided into the treated group and control group. The treated group were taken acupuncture combined with SGB, while the control group were taken carbamazepine. VAS scores before and after the treatment and the curative effect between two groups were compared. Results： There was no difference of VAS score before the treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The VAS scores which were tested after 7d, 14d and 28d of the cure in the treated group were all obviously less than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. When the cure was finished, the cure rate in the treated group was 54.39% and the control group was 15.79%. The efficiency in the treated group was 91.23% and the control group was 56.14%. The cure rate and efficiency in the treated group were both better than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with SGB in the treatment of primary prosopalgia can reduce the pain of the patients effectively and the therapy is safer.
