摘要
目的探讨善释D10补片在腹膜前无张力疝修补术中的临床疗效及技术特点。方法回顾性分析2007年8月至2012年8月河北省抚宁县人民医院收治的腹股沟疝患者110例,应用善释D10补片行腹膜前疝修补,观察其手术时间、尿潴留、阴囊积液、阴囊血肿、术后疼痛、局部异物感等不良反应的发生情况。结果本组110例患者,手术时间35～85min,平均(47±5)min,术后尿潴留4例,阴囊积液3例,阴囊血肿1例,切口疼痛轻微,无明显异物感,无切口感染等并发症,术后3～5d出院。随访6个月至3年,无复发。结论善释D10补片具有切口小、手术时间短、预后佳、疼痛发生率低、并发症少、复发率低等优点,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application of Patch Release D10 in the preperitoneal tension- free hernia repair. Methods A total of 110 patients with inguinal hernia from August 2007 to August 2012 in the Funing People~ Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The operation time, retention of urine, scrotal hydroeele, hematoma of the scrotum, postoperative pain, foreign body sensation and other adverse reactions were assessed. Results The operation time lasted 35 to 85 minutes （ mean 47 ＋ 5 mins）. Four cases were observed with urinary retention after operation, 3 cases with serotal hydrocele, 1 case with scrotal hematoma, incision pain. No foreign body sensation and wound infection and other complications were found. After 3 to 5 days, the patients were discharged. There was no recurrence after the follow- up of 6 months to 3 years. Conclusions The incisions were mini-invasive with shorter operation time, ideal prognosis, low pain, less complication, and low recurrence rate.
