摘要
为了了解广东沿海重要养殖水域Zn含量水平变化趋势 ,1989~ 1997年间实施“南海贻贝观察”计划对广东 12个地点牡蛎体的Zn含量进行了连续监测。广东沿海牡蛎体Zn含量范围为 5 0 .4× 10 -6~ 76 8× 10 -6,总平均值为 2 45× 10 -6,总体上属清洁~微污染水平。牡蛎体Zn含量的海域分布格局呈珠江口海区 >粤东海区≥粤西海区。 1989~ 1991年 ,广东沿海牡蛎体Zn含量呈上升趋势 ,此后略微下降 ,1994~ 1997年间牡蛎体Zn含量虽有波动 。
In order to understand variation trend of Zn concentration in the important mariculture waters along Guangdong coast, the “South China Sea Mussel Watch Program” was carried out by using oyster Crassostrea rivularis Gould to monitor Zn concentrations in 12 sampling sites from 1989 to 1997. The Zn concentrations in the oysters collected from Guangdong coastal waters ranged from 50.4×10 -6 to 768×10 -6 with a overall average of 245×10 -6 ,showing clean slight polluted level of Zn along the waters. The spatial pattern of Zn concentrations in the oysters were found to decline in the following order: Pearl River estuary>east Guangdong coastal waters≥west guangdong coastal waters. The Zn concentrations in the oysters showed an increasing trend from 1989 to 1991 following a slight decreasing period from 1991 to 1993, while the Zn concentrations showed a slight fluctuation pattern with no significant difference from 1994 to 1997.
