摘要
在综合分析影响溢油事故威胁程度有关的诸多因素的基础上 ,提出使用模糊神经网络技术来确定各影响因素的权重 ,进而使用模糊综合评价的方法来评定溢油事故的威胁程度及等级 。
According to analyzing of all the factors concerned with the threatening degree of oil spill,it's proposed that weight of the factors is ascertained by fuzzy NN.Moreover,to ascertain the threatening degree and the grade of the oil spill accident by fuzzy integrated evaluation has laid a foundation for making oil spill emergency decision.
