摘要 "质"的提升将成为教师教育的根本诉求,"内涵式"发展成为其根本发展模式。教师教育发展模式的改变,对师范院校既是挑战,也是机遇。面对这一变局,必须从宏观层面和微观层面对现有师范院校进行调整:资源优化整合,凝练一批优质职前教育品牌,塑造分层分类、结构有机的教师教育中心体系;推动各级师范院校向"教育研究"平台转化;推动师范院校工作重心后移,将其塑造成为优质的教师在职教育中心;推动师范院校工作重心下移,将其打造成为基础教育交流基地。 Improving the quality of the teacher is becoming the most important thing of teacher education and " connotation type" development is becoming the basic model. The change which teacher education are experiencing is both opportunity and challenge to normal colleges. In such" condition, the necessary adjustments must be taken to the normal education colleges from macroscopic and microcosmic level as following: strengthen subject integration to optimize resource allocation, build a series of outstanding brand subject of teacher education and set up the system of teacher centers which consists of teacher center categorized in layers and solid in shape. Pushing the normal edu- cation colleges to turn to the education research centers or continuing education platform or education exchange can also benefit to teacher education.
