摘要
高校辅导员队伍是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是大学生思想政治教育取得成效的根本保证。高校辅导员队伍职业化建设,是当前和今后很长一段时间的紧迫任务。必须通过以学促建、以训促建、以范促建、以评促建、以赛促建、以研促建等具体有针对性的措施来有效提高高校辅导员队伍的职业化水平。
College counselor team is the backbone of ideological and pOlitical education, is the fundamental guarantee of success of the ideological and political education of college students. The construction of college counselor team occupation is the current and the urgent task for a long time in the future. We must through construction, promote the building, with van, review and promote to build, and construction, research construction in specific targeted measures to effectively improve the professional level of college counselor team.
