摘要
探索了从废液中回收镍钴在空气气氛下合成锂离子电池正极材料LiNixCo1 -xO2 的方法和工艺 .结果表明 ,合成材料的充放电性能都比较好 ,LiNi0 .3Co0 .7O2 在 60 0℃ 6h~ 750℃ 1 6h时制得的产物初始充电容量达 1 54 .938mAh/g ,接近用分析纯的镍钴原料合成的正极材料LiNi0 .3Co0 .7O2 的首次充电容量 (1 56 .1 4 6mAh/g) .采用镍钴废液合成锂离子电池正极材料 ,化害为利 ,经济可行 .
The method and technology were searched by which Ni and Co was recycled and utilized to synthesize the cathode materials in Li ion cells.The result shows that the charge and discharge performances of synthesized materials are better and the initial charge capacity of the synthesized LiNi 0.3 Co 0.7 O 2 is154.938 mAh/g and approachs that of the cathode material srnthesized with pure Ni and Co precausers.To synthesize Li xNi yCo 1-y O2 as cathode materials in lithium-ion battery with the Ni and Co reclaimed from industry wastewater is practicable and promising.
