摘要
目的比较两种不同胃管应用于神经重症患者的效果。方法将50例需长期鼻饲的神经重症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组采用福瑞可鼻胃管,对照组采用普通胃管,观察两组患者安置一次成功率及安置所需时间、堵管和脱管发生率及各种并发症(返流、误吸,咽喉部溃疡,上消化道出血)的发生率。结果观察组安置一次成功率(96.0%)、安置所需时间、堵管和脱管发生率(4.0%)及各种并发症的发生率(20.0%)与对照组(分别为68.0%、32.0%、64.0%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论福瑞可鼻胃管比普通胃管更符合患者的生理状态,且实施方便,并发症少、效果更好。
Objective Tocompare the effect of two different gastric tubes using on critically ill patients. Methods 50 neural critically ill patients who need long term nasal feeding into observation group and control group on a fifty-fifty basis randomly. The observation group took the freka tube and the control grou took normal gastric tube. We observe the success rate of inserting gastric tube ,the time of inserting,the rate of tube blockage and detached ,and the incidence of all kinds of complications （reflux,aspiration,throat ulcers,upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage） of the two groups. Results The observation group’s success rate of inserting tube （96%）,inserting time,rate of tube blockage and detached（4%）,and incidence of all kinds of complications （20%）,compared to the control group（68%,32%,64%）,the difference has statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The freak tube is more convenient,and more consistent with physiological state than the normal gastric tube. And it has less complications and better effect.
