摘要
在碱性条件下([NaOH]=0.008 mol/mL),以氯化钡(BaCl2.2H2O)和氧氯化锆(ZrOCl2.8H2O)为原料,采用传统水热法在低温下制备了锆酸钡(BaZrO3)微晶。利用XRD和SEM分别对产物进行了物相组成及微晶形貌的测试与表征。研究了反应温度为135℃时不同反应时间对产物微观结构及形貌变化的影响。结果表明:在135℃下反应2 h即可合成纯相的BaZrO3粉体,且随着水热温度的升高,产物由无定形态变为类球状结构最终变为棱角分明的菱形十二面体结构,结晶程度提高,晶粒尺寸增大。通过对其结晶动力学研究,计算得到BaZrO3微晶的表观成核活化能为24.36 kJ/mol。
BaZrO3 crystallites powders were prepared by hydrothermal method in strong basicity circumstance([NaOH]= 0.008 mol / mL) using BaCl2.2H2O and ZrOCl2.8H2O as raw materials.XRD and SEM were taken to identify the phase and analysis the microstructure of BaZrO3.The effects of different time at 135 ℃ on the microstructure and morphology of the product were studied.The results showed that pure powders can be prepared at 135 ℃ for 2 h by hydrothermal method.With the increase of temperature,the product turned into sphere-like structure from amorphous state and finally into structure of rhombic dodecahedron.The degree of crystallinity was also improved and the grain size increased.Through the study of crystallization kinetics,the activation energy of BaZrO3 crystallite nucleus formation was calculated to be 24.36 kJ / mol.
