摘要
目的探索方便、准确、有效的查验接种证的方法。方法在儿童预防接种信息管理系统基础上开发网络查验接种证模块,通过查询提取儿童接种信息,根据国家免疫规划疫苗接种程序设定查验标准,自动生成查验和统计分析结果,并可导出至Excel。将2012年应用结果与2011年查验接种证报表结果进行对比。结果 2012年共查验儿童60 559人,通过网络查验模块统计出查验通过儿童数及分疫苗统计的漏种、补种剂次数。查验通过率为81.40%,检出漏种比为2011年的4.57倍,补种总剂次数为2011年的1.49倍。结论网络查验接种证操作简单,查验结果准确,实时统计功能方便了数据汇总和信息沟通,其应用提高了查验接种证工作漏种剂次检出比,提高了补种剂次数。
[ Objective ] To explore an easy, accurate and effective method of vaccination certificate inspection. [ Methods ] Based on the children vaccination information management system, the network-based vaccination certificate inspection module was devel- oped. The module could get children vaccination information by querying server, the inspection standard was set according to the national immunization programmes, and the results of inspection and statistical analysis would automatically generate, which could directly exported to Excel format. The results of this module in 2012 were compared with the reports of vaccination certificate in- spection in 2011. [ Results ] 60 559 children were Checked in 2012. The number of children who had finished immunization sched- ules, times of omitting immunization and supplementary inoculation of different vaccines were calculated by the network-based vac- cination certificate inspection module. The passing rate of vaccination certificate inspection was 81.40%. The rate of omitting im- munization was 4.57 times higher than that in 2011 ~ and the times of supplementary inoculation was 1.49 times higher than that in 2011. [ Conclusion] The network-based vaccination certificate inspection module has the advantages of simple operation and accu- rate results, and its real-time statistics function achieves data collection and information communication. Its application can improve the detection ratio of omitting immunization and enhance the times of supplementary inoculation.
