磷化钨催化剂C_5石油树脂加氢性能探索 被引量:5

摘要 采用共浸渍和氢气程序升温还原法,以γ-Al2O3为载体,制备负载W质量分数30%(以WO3计)的磷化钨催化剂,对催化剂进行XRD、BET、SEM和TG/DTA表征,考察催化剂的C5石油树脂加氢反应性能,并研究助剂Ni和Co对催化剂结构和加氢反应活性的影响。结果表明,助剂的加入能改善催化剂表面活性组分的分散性和增加WP/γ-Al2O3催化剂的比表面积,对WP/γ-Al2O3催化剂活性组分与载体之间的相互作用也可能存在影响,Co或Ni对磷化钨催化剂C5石油树脂加氢反应均有不同程度的改善作用。 Using γ-Al2O3 as the support, Ni and Co as the promoters, WP catalysts loading with WO3 mass fraction of 30% were prepared by impregnation and temperature programmed reduction method. The as-prepared WP catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET and TG-DTA. The reaction properties of WP catalysts for the hydrogenation of C5 petroleum resin and the influence of Ni and Co promoters on the structure and hydrogenation activity of the catalysts were investigated in a high-pressure microreactor. The results showed that the addition of the promoters could improve the active component dispersion on the catalyst surface and increase the surface area of WP/γ-Al2O3 catalysts ; the promoter probably affected the interaction between active components of WP/γ-Al2O3 catalysts and the support;Co and Ni improved the properties of WP/γ-Al2O3 catalysts for the hydrogenation reaction of C5 petroleum resin.
