摘要
TiB2-TiC及TiB2-Ti(C,N)复合陶瓷材料由于系列优异性能而成为理想的金属表面涂层材料。综述了高性能TiB2-TiC/Ti(C,N)复合涂层的涂层复合体系、制备工艺、形成机理等方面的研究成果,展望了该复合涂层材料的应用前景及研究发展趋势,为其在工业领域的实际应用指明了方向。
TiB2-TiC and TiB2-Ti(C,N) composite ceramics have been regarded as perfect coating materials due to the favorable comprehensive performance. The research achievements on composite systems, preparation technolo- gies, forming mechanism, structure and properties of the TiB2-Ti(C,N) composite coatings are summarized. The ap- plication prospect and progress orientation are expected to promote its application in industry areas.
