摘要
以搅拌摩擦加工原理为基础,概述了近年来铝合金表面搅拌摩擦加工处理中的细化晶粒与消除铸件内部缺陷的应用,分析了该技术用于铝合金性能(如表面硬度、强度、耐磨性能和超塑性等)改善的机理,展望了搅拌摩擦加工技术在铝合金表面处理中的应用前景。
Based on the mechanism of friction stir processing (FSP), the recent typical treatment technologies, sueh as grain and defect reduction, have been reviewed in the surface treatment of aluminum alloys. The mechanism of FSP to improve the properties of aluminum alloys, such as surface hardness, strength, abrasive resistance and super plasticity, are also discussed. Meanwhile, the application prospect of FSP used as aluminum alloy surface processing is presented.
