摘要
通过分析乘务管理体系及其管理职能,描述标准化在作业流程管理、人员培训管理以及文本体系管理中的应用,同时介绍管理信息系统和5S标准化,阐明其应用对乘务管理体系标准化、规范化建设与实现的促进作用,说明标准化实施对乘务管理体系具有重要的作用,能够推动与夯实各项工作。
The paper introduces crew service management system and its management functions, and descres the appli- cation of standardization in management of operating proce- dures, personnel training and text system. It also introduces management information system and 5S standardization, whose application can promote the standardization and normalization of crew service management system, and the crew service management system standardization will play an important role in promoting crew services.
