摘要
对红外吸收法测定二氧化钛标准物质中碳硫含量,采用基准物质进行溯源,配置系列标准溶液对碳硫曲线进行校正的分析方法进行了不确定度评定。评定结果表明,此方法可以用于二氧化钛标准物质中碳硫含量的分析,同时发现标准溶液的移取过程对不确定度贡献最大,因此在移取过程中要选择准确度高的移取工具,以减小移取过程产生的不确定度。
In this paper, the infrared absorption method for the determination of carbon and sulfur content of titanium dioxide in the standard reference material, traceability using reference material, configuration of standard solution of carbon and sulfur curve analysis method for correcting the uncertainty evaluation. Evaluation results show that, this method can be used to analyze the contents of carbon and sulfur dioxide in the standard reference material, also found that the standard solution to remove process produced the most contribution to the uncertainty, so in the shift to choose accurate transfer tool to process, to reduce the uncertainty of the transfer process.
