摘要
目的:建立电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定水中12种金属离子的检测方法,了解渔沙坦地区水质状况。方法:样品直接用ICP-MS测定,用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:本方法的检出限介于0.017μg/L^0.229μg/L,精密度小于5.6%,样品加标回收率可达92.0%~106.9%,对标准参考物质分析结果令人满意。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于水中12种金属离子的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of 12 kinds of metals in water by inductive cou- pled plasma - mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS) and investigate the water quality of Yushatan area. Methods: The samples were measured and quantified by ICP - MS directly, with internal standard to adjust the matrix interference and drift. Results: The detection limit of the method was between 0. 017 μg/L and 0. 229 μg/L, with the relative standard deviations (RSD) blow 5.6% and the recoveries of 92.0% - 106.9%. The analysis results of standard reference materials was satisfactory. Conclusion: This method is proved to be simple, fast and accurate, it can be used to determine 12 kinds of metals in water simultaneously.
