摘要
建设项目工程结算是现代工程项目管理的重要内容之一,工程结算工作的实际效果,直接关系到工程投资的整体应用情况,以及工程经济收益与社会效益能否实现等诸多问题。目前,国内在工程结算管理工作中,仍然存在程序不规范、管理制度相对落后、难以实现全面管理等一些具体问题,而这些问题又都是工程结算管理工作必须及时改进和完善的。
Engneering settlement for construction projects is one of important works in modern construction project management,which of actual effects is directly related to the integrated application of engineering investment and realization of engineering economic incomes and social benefits. At present, there are some problems in the engineering settlement management in domestic, which procedures are not standardized, the management system is relatively backward and overall management is difficult to realize, and these problems should be improved and perfected in time. In this paper the engineering settlement management is briefly discussed.
