下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的护理 被引量：7

摘要 目的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床特点、治疗经验、护理措施和随访结果。方法收集2011年3月至2012年6月共26例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的临床资料,进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者治疗方法主要行下肢血管搭桥治疗。通过有效的护理措施和健康教育无一例发生出血、腹部手术并发症、吻合口狭窄等并发症。结论行下肢血管搭桥疗法是治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的理想的治疗方法,患者围手术期的临床护理和健康教育对患者的疾病和恢复起着至关重要的作用,值得在临床中应用并推广。
