高龄对外受精-胚胎移植结果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析年龄对高龄女性体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF—ET)结果的影响。方法将38岁以上接受IVF—ET治疗的女性按年龄分为38、39、40、41和42~48岁组,比较其可移植周期率、移植周期妊娠率、流产率和抱婴回家率。结果42~48岁组的可移植周期率和移植周期妊娠率分别为48%、0,与其余各组比较,差异有统计学意义;随着年龄增长,流产率有增加趋势,抱婴回家率有下降趋势。结论高龄女性IVF—ET的结局与年龄负相关,42岁以上女性接受IVF—ET治疗的价值有限。
