胸主动脉腔内修复术中覆盖左锁骨下动脉的回顾性分析 被引量:8

摘要 胸主动脉瘤和主动脉夹层是危及生命的疾病,发病1周内病死率为60%~70%。近年来,胸主动脉腔内修复术(TEFVAR)已成为冶疗胸主动脉瘤和B型主动脉夹层的重要方法,有选择性地覆盖左锁骨下动脉(LSA)是较常采用的扩大近端锚定区的方法。但仍存在争议。我们回顾性分析2004年5月至2012年1月TEVAR手术患者的资料,探讨ISA封堵的可行性,
