摘要
目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(MEB0)联合创疡贴与传统碘伏油纱在治疗难愈性创面中的疗效区别,并期望为难愈性创面的治疗寻找一种有效的新思路、新方法。方法将145例难愈性创面患者随机分为治疗组(采用湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴治疗)和对照组(采用传统碘伏油纱治疗),比较两组患者在用药5 d、15 d、30 dl及以上时间时疼痛程度、创面面积、创面深度、创面分泌物、肉芽组织生长情况、创面愈合时间、愈合后瘢痕形成方面的疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果两组患者在用药5 d、15 d、30 d时疼痛程度、创面面积、创面深度、创面分泌物、肉芽组织生长情况、创面愈合时间等方面比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,说明在难愈性创面治疗中湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴的疗效明显优于传统碘伏油纱;瘢痕评分(SI)比较,P<0.05,说明湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴在减少瘢痕形成方面优于传统碘伏油纱。结论湿润烧伤膏联合创疡贴在减轻患者疼痛、缩小创面面积、降低创面深度、减少创面分泌物、促进创面肉芽组织生长、愈合、防止瘢痕形成等方面疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect differences between MEBO Ointment in combination with MEBO Dressing and Traditional iodophor oil gauze in treating refractory wounds, with the purpose of finding an effective new thought and method for the treatment of refractory wounds. Methods A total of 145 patients with refractory wounds were randomly divided into a treatment group （treated with MEBO Ointment in combination with MEBO Dressing） and a control group （ treated with traditional iodophor oil gauze）. The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared and ana- lyzed by statistics in terms of pain, wound size, wound depth, wound exudate, granulation growth, wound healing time and sear formation after wound healing and etc. at the timelines of 5 days, 15days, 30 days or longer respectively. The com- parison of scar index （SI） between the two groups showed MEBO Ointment in combination with MEBO Dressing was superi- or to the traditional iodophor oil gauze in terms of inhabiting scar formation, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The treatment of MEBO Ointment in combination with MEBO Dressing has the following significant therapeutic effects such as relieving pa-tients＇ pain, reducing wound site, wound depth and wound exudate, promoting granulation growth and wound healing, pre- venting scar formation and etc. , deserving to be popularized and applied in clinic.
