摘要
目的总结湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)结合远红外线治疗压疮的临床护理经验。方法对4例重度压疮患者采用湿润暴露疗法与湿润包扎疗法结合远红外线照射进行治疗,规范换药技术,分析MEBO对创面的湿性保护、对组织的原位再生作用及远红外线对创面的温热、消炎、止痛等作用。结果 4例患者压疮创面全部达到生理性愈合,愈合时间最短2周,最长8周。结论 MEBO结合远红外线治疗压疮具有明显的疗效,且护理简便,适于临床广泛应用。
Objective To summarize the clinical nursing experience in treating pressure ulcer with Moist Exposed Burn Ointment （MEBO） in combination with far infrared ray （FIR）. Methods Four cases of severe pressure ulcer were treated by MEBO exposed and bandaged therapy following the standard dressing change procedure in combination with far in- frared radiation ; analysis was made on the efficacy of MEBO in respect of its moist wound protection and promotion of in situ tissue regenerationEll and warming, anti-inflammation and analgesicE21 effect of FIR. Results All of the four cases a- chieved physiological healing, with the healing time ranging between 2 - 8 weeks. Conclusion Treatment of MEBO in combination with FIR has a prominent efficacy on and needs only simple nursing care for pressure ulcer, being good for widely used in clinic.
