摘要
目的比较应用单纯中药和中药结合低强度窄谱中波紫外光(low intensity narrow-band ultraviolet B,LUVB)与低强度810 nm半导体激光(low intensity 810 nm diode laser irradiation,LIL)对寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将2007年3月~2010年3月收治的186例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组(96例)和对照组(90例),分别采用中药结合LUVB与LIL和单纯应用中药治疗3个月,观察、对比两种方法的治疗效果。结果治疗组,痊愈39例(40.63%),显效42例(43.75%),有效13例(13.54%),无效2例(2.09%),总有效率97.9l%;对照组,痊愈18例(20.00%),显效20例(22.22%),有效23例(25.56%),无效29例(32.22%),总有效率67.77%。结论中药联合LUVB与LIL治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效优于单纯应用中药治疗,具有疗程短、疗效确切、治愈率高、复发率低、安全性好等优点,适宜基层医院推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of the simple traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) only and the TCM in combination with low intensity narrow-band ultraviolet B (LUVB) and low intensity 810nm di- ode laser irradiation (LIL) in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 186 patients with psoriasis vulgaris treated between March of 2007and March of 2010 were randomly divided into a treatment group (96 patients) and a control group (90 patients) to respectively receive the treatment of TCM in combination with LUVB and LIL and the treatment of TCM only for three months, and the therapeutic effects of the two treatments were observed and compared. Results In the treatment group, 39 patients were cured (40. 63% ), 42 patients showed very effective (43.75%), 13 showed effective ( 13.54% ) and 2 showed ineffective (2. 09% ), with a total effective rate of 97.91%, while in the control group, 18 were cured (20. 00% ), 20 showed very effective (22. 22% ), 23 showed effective (25.56%) and 29 showed ineffective (32. 22% ), with a total effective rate of 67.77%. Conclusion TCM in combination with LUVB and LIL is superior to the treatment of TCM only in treating psoriasis vulgaris in that it has such advantages as shorter treatment course, definite thera- peutic efficacy, higher curative rate,, lower relapse rate, higher safety and etc. Thus, it is suitable to be popularized and ap-plied in community-level hospitals.
