摘要
省级统筹在教师队伍建设过程中取得成绩的同时也存在一系列问题。目前我国教师队伍建设存在着供需比例和学科结构的双重失衡、新任教师教育素养与中小学教育岗位要求之间严重脱节等突出问题;其根本原因在于省级统筹主体缺失,校地双方及地方政府所属部门之间的统筹机制没有建立;亟需加强省级统筹,切实实施校地联盟,扎实推进教师队伍建设。
At present, there are several outstanding problems in construction of teachers of primary and secondary schools featured by dual imbalances of supply-demand relationship and disciplinary structure, serious discrepancy between actual quality and professional requirements of new teachers, and so on. The fundamental reason lies in serious lack of provincial level coordination in that coordination mechanisms between college and local government and between governmental branches arc not established. To this end, there is urgent need to strengthen the coordination at provincial level and implement the college-local government alliance to propel teacher construction.
