摘要
我国女性科技工作者是科学研究中的一支不可忽视的力量。本文通过分析女性科技工作者成长阶段、成长体验及面临的困难,提出应尽力促进女性科技工作者成长的意义和举措。
The article focused on the process of growth of women scientists, including their growth phase and work experience. Based on the analysis, the paper put forth a series of advice in order to encourage and accelerate the development of women scientists.
