摘要
本文通过对我院保障临床医用耗材供应的旧模式进行分析总结,引入流程管理新思路,逐步建立起一套可操控、适用性强、便捷的工作流程。在信息系统平台下,分角色、分权限、分职能操作,达到改善现状、完善机制、提高效率的目的,最终提升我院的综合竞争力。
With citation of the 306th Hospital of PLA as a good example, this paper demonstrated the establishment of a set of controllable, practical and simple workflow for management of medical consumables, through analysis and summarization of the consumable supply system. This IT system assigned proper responsibilities and duties to certain personnel, and thus enhanced the workflow and work efficiency, and finally the overall competitiveness.
