摘要 钢管混凝土系杆拱桥是一种被广泛应用的桥梁结构形式,其施工工艺日趋成熟,但施工安全质量风险仍不可小视。以上海某下承式钢管混凝土系杆拱桥为工程实例,通过对桥梁施工过程的回顾和总结,提出了系杆拱桥施工过程中钢管拱肋加工、吊装定位、混凝土灌注、吊杆安装以及各阶段测量监控的质量控制要点。 Concrete filled steel tube tied arch bridge is a kind of widely used bridge structural system.While its construction technology is becoming mature,risks of construction safety and quality are still not negligible.The paper takes a through-type concrete-filled steel tube tied arch bridge in Shanghai as an example,and it gives essential quality control points of measurement and monitoring at different construction stages such as steel tube arch rib fabrication,hoisting & positioning,concrete casting,hanger rod installation.
