摘要
二恶英是一类毒性极高的持久性有机污染物。通过对二恶英的结构、特性、生成机理以及国内外减排技术的分析研究,太钢采取了活性炭干法脱硫脱硝同步脱除二恶英的烟气净化技术。利用活性炭的物理吸附和集尘作用实现对烟气中二恶英的净化,二恶英脱除率最高可达98.5%,实践证明这是烧结二恶英减排的一种有效方法。
Dioxin is a kind of persistent organic pollutants with very high toxicity.Through the analysis and research of the structure,characteristics,formation mechanism of dioxins as well as the emissions reduction technology all over the world,TISCO decided to adopt the dry desulfurization denitration system of sinter flue gas,the physical adsorption and dust collection of active carbon were used to remove dioxins at the same time.The dioxins removal rate was up to 98.5%,which proves that the technology is an effective method on removal of sinter flue gas dioxins.
