退火时间对细晶高强IF钢二相粒子析出行为的影响

摘要 以细晶高强IF钢为研究对象,在退火温度850℃,不同退火时间下对实验钢进行了退火实验。采用OM观察实验钢的显微组织,采用TEM,EDX对钢中析出的二相粒子进行微观形貌观察和成分分析,得到细晶高强IF钢在退火过程中第二相粒子的析出规律。实验结果表明:细晶高强IF钢在罩式退火过程中析出大量的NbC,Nb(C,N)第二相;随着保温时间的延长,钢中析出的二相粒子有长大的趋势;不同保温时间下细晶高强IF钢的铁素体晶界附近都可以观察到PFZ的存在,PFZ的宽度随着保温时间的延长而增大。 The fine grained high strength(SFG) IF steel is taken as the research object.The annealing experiment is carried out at different holding time of 850 ℃.The microstructure observation is studied by optical microscopy,and the morphology of secondary particles and composition analysis are carried out on the transmission electron microscopy and EDX.The results show that a lot of NbC,Nb(C,N) are precipitated from SFG IF steel at different annealing time,and the precipitations will grow with the increasing of annealing time.The phenomenon of PFZ near the ferrite grain boundaries is observed in the IF steels at different annealing time.The width of PFZ is increased with the increasing of annealing time.
