摘要 随着重油加工深度的不断提高,越来越多的沥青副产品随之产生。经济发展带来的道路运输问题日渐突出,公路建设对优质沥青的需求也不断扩大。脱油硬沥青造粒技术的应用为沥青路面结构的设计和使用,提供了一种价格低廉、性能优越的新型原料。通过2.5×10^4 t/a脱油硬沥青造粒装置的建设生产,介绍了一种把脱油硬沥青加工成半球状颗粒的沥青造粒技术,经过生产实践,分析讨论了硬沥青造粒的特点,指出了影响脱油硬沥青造粒的关键因素。 With the continuous improvement of the heavy oil processing depth,' more and more asphalt byproduct is consequently produced. Along with the economic development, the road transport problems have become increasingly prominent, expanding highway construction demand for high - quality asphalt. The appli- cation of granulation technology of de - oil hard asphalt provide a new material which is low - cost, siaperior performance for the design and use of the asphalt pavement structure. According to the de - oil hard asphalt granulation plant construction production by 2.5×10^4 t/a, a technique for making de - oil asphalt into hemi- spheric state product was introduced. This paper analyzed and discussed the characteristics of hard asphalt granulation and pointed out that the key affect factors of the de - oil hard asphalt granulation.
