摘要 目的 探讨术前卵巢肿瘤内最小阻力指数 (RImin )是否与术后肿瘤标本内微血管密度 (MVD )存在相关性。方法 对 6 1例卵巢肿瘤病人于术前应用彩色多普勒超声 (CDU )测量肿瘤内动脉RImin。术后取相应肿瘤组织 ,以vonWillebrand因子着色内皮细胞 ,计数MVD。比较和分析RImin与MVD的相关性。结果  (1)卵巢良性肿瘤RImin值为 0 42± 0 11,卵巢癌病人RImin值为0 6 5± 0 14,两组比较t=6 5 8,P <0 .0 0 1。 (2 ) 10 0倍视野和 40 0倍视野下 ,卵巢癌组织内MVD均明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤者 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 3)。(3)良性肿瘤组 (r =- 0 .6 7,P <0 .0 1)、卵巢癌组(r=- 0 .91,P <0 .0 1)和所有卵巢肿瘤 (r =- 0 .84,P <0 .0 1)在 10 0倍视野下的MVD与RImin之间存在显著相关。 Objective To investigate whether there is any correlation between minimum resistance index (RImin) and microvessel density (MVD) in ovarian tumors. Methods The intratumor artery RImin of 61 patients with ovarian tumor was measured by color doppler ultra sound (CDU) preoperatively. MVD identified by von Willebrand factor was evaluated postoperatively. The relationship between RImin and MVD was analyzed. Results Compared with the RImin of benign ovarian tumors, the RImin in ovarian cancers was significantly lower ( P <0.001). MVD of ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that of benign tumor both at a 100 magnification ( P < 0.01) and a 400 magnification ( P <0.03). There was a significant negative correlation between RImin and MVD at a 100 magnification in benign group ( r =-0.67, P <0.01), in malignant group ( r =-0.91, P <0 01), and in both of groups ( r =-0.84, P <0.01). Conclusion Low RImin reflects high MVD in ovarian tumor.
