摘要
目的探讨实行健康教育对门诊生殖道感染(RTI)患者的可行性和临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2008年1月-2012年7月就诊并被诊断为生殖道感染的127例患者,严格按照随机的原则将患者按奇、偶数分为对照组63例和教育组64例,对教育组开展健康教育讲座和普及有关生殖道感染的知识,对照组不接受健康教育。结果教育组的相关知识知晓、态度正确、相关行为的评分分别高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教育组患者细菌性阴道病、生殖器假丝酵母菌病、滴虫性阴道炎和宫颈衣原体感染的好转率分别为80.00%、77.78%、57.14%、85.71%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能提高生殖道感染患者的相关认知,改善相关行为,提高自我防护。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of the implementation of health education of the outpatients with reproductive tract infections(RTI)so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.METHODS A total of 127cases of women were selected from Jan 2008to Jul 2012in the hospital and were diagnosed as reproductive tract infections,they were divided into the control group with 63cases and the education group with 64cases in strict accordance with the principle of randomization,all patients were enrolled in an odd and even number,health education seminars were carried out,and knowledge about reproductive tract infections was popularized in the education group,while the control group did not receive health education.RESULTS The cognition of related knowledge,score of correct attitude,and score of related behaviors of the education group were respectively higher than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P 0.05).The improved rate of bacterial vaginosis was 80.00%,genital candidiasis 77.78%,trichomoniasis vaginitis 57.14%,and cervical chlamydial infection 85.71%in the education group,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).CONCLUSIONThe health education can improve the cognition of reproductive tract infections and the related behaviors as well as the self-protection.
