应用因子分析探索影响烧结返矿率的主要因素及控制对策 被引量:1

摘要 影响烧结返矿率的因素众多,其中很多因素之间存在着相关性,常规分析忽略其中的任何因素都有可能造成主要信息缺失,而在实际生产过程中只能对主要因素进行重点控制,但采用常规方法是难以找到主要因素的。采用因子分析方法对多因素进行降维处理,以较少的因子数目反映原始变量的大部分信息,可达到简化结构与分析的目的,从而找到影响目标变量的主要因素。因子分析表明,影响攀钢钒钛矿烧结返矿率的主要因子为钒钛矿配比、沟下筛分效率、入炉矿粒度、垂直烧结速度、料层厚度与阻力等并给出了相应的控制对策。 There are many influencing factors for sinter return fines rate, and many of these factors are related. In conventional analysis, it is ignored that any of these factors may cause loss of main information, only major factors can be controlled emphatically in actual production process whereas it is difficult to find the major factors by conventional method. Therefore, factor analysis method is adopted for dimension reduction treatment to reflect large amount of information of original variables with less factor number,so as to reach the purpose of simplifying structure and analysis and finding the major factors influencing the target variables. Factor analysis shows that, the primary factors influencing the sinter return fines rate of Panstee] vanadium titanium magnetite are as follows:proportion of vanadium titanium magnetite, the screening efficiency under groove, grain size of BF burden,vertical sintering speed, bed depth and resistance etc,and corresponding control countermeasures are given.
